Refund Eligibility
The following situations qualify for a refund review. Please ensure you meet the conditions stated below before submitting a request.
  • Manufacturing Defects — If your item has a verified manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the defect.
  • Order Delays — If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery time (more than 30 days), you may request a refund. We will assess the situation and determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations
⚠️ The following situations are not eligible for a refund. Please review carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
  • No Returns or Refunds — We do not provide refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects or significant order delays as stated above.
  • RTO (Return to Origin) — Refunds will not be issued for orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package from the courier.
  • Non-Reporting of Non-Delivery — In case of not receiving the item after the specified date shown in tracking, it must be reported to us on or before 10 days from the expected delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible.

    If your refund request is approved, we will process it promptly. Refunds will be issued to your bank account. You will be required to provide a copy of your bank passbook for verification and processing.
